I'll attempt it I've been trying to make myself excercise more in the last few days but I'm not too sure I can keep it up so maybe this will help. Not to mention I have no I idea what a healthy weight would be for me but I just don't like the wobbly bulgy stuff that hangs over the top of my jeans!

I'll weight myself in the morning(before breakfast) and let you know

I will, I need a kick to get going now that I've figured out how I can do my exercise without bouncing boobs! lol.. I've got about 15kg to loose (how depressing!)

I would def be keen, but I'm with Robyn... posting starting weight is a bit scary (particularly when you have a whole adult to lose like me )

I'm not scared - I started WW 5 weeks ago at 95.3kgs, I am now 91.7kgs. Hoping to get the 5kg book mark this week.
I'm 34yrs old and 5ft 2in my goal weight is 61kg, but I'll be happy if I can get to 70.
I need to lose weight to help concieve and have a healthy pregnancy, and also I'm getting married in less than 6 months time.

Maybe we can post what we've had to eat for the day and if we've done any exercise.

So far today I've had a bowl of porridge made w skim milk, a museli bar, mccains healthy choice meal and 6 piece of fudge. Plan to go for walk when i get home - nice evening for it.

Fleury Im about the same range as you so will be good to see how someone in my weight range is doing!
Ive been bad today eating wise. Picking at the kids food and cleaning up the chips that addison didnt want to eat but im having chicken, potatoes and vegetables for tea and its all ready to cook so i wont have to start picking around tea time. Would like to go for a walk but hubby goes to his woodwork course tonight so dont think i will be able to but will do tomorrow, oh no I wont, its wine course night (not great for the weight loss but its our last night) will try and go during the day

The end to my day is not going well. I've got a cold and in my viral stupor forgot to get anything out for tea so KFC for dinner tonight. We don't have it very often so will be a nice treat for a Monday.

I am keen I'm 63 at the moment and I want to get into the 50s. My big goal is 57 but mainly just want to fit my old clothes.
I have been having big kfc cravings but have managed to hold off I do that crunch fitness programme in the mornings and usually ad a bit on after that. I have never in my life done much exercise so I really want to get fit and stay fit lol

I'm in, I have an eliptical stepper and gym ball and weights, all the stuff i used to do at the gym after having paris that got me in shape nicely. I just need encouragement to get eating healthy, stop doing the heat-and-eat meals for work and actually USE the exercise stuff.

Am unsure of exact weight (will find out tomorrow) but i think it's in the 60's somewhere. Want to get back to the 55 mark and tone-up. At 5 ft 2, and kinda smallish framed, I don't suit the spare tyres, and well, a couple have popped up round the middle since starting at work last year... i'd like nothing more than go get a puncture so they'll go flat.

Well since my last post I went our and bought a sports bra!(after BF 2kids I need one!) I've decided my form of excercise will be lots of walking mixed with a bit of . . .running(I said now I have to do it )

My eating habits are really bad, I don't eat much but what I do eat is really bad.

Today I've had 2hot chocs, small bag of chips a 'V' drink and a bowl of a mince and pasta bake with vegies. Not to mention the ice cream I'm about to eat. I'm not sure how much I want to lose I just want to get rid of the wobbly bits!

hey everyone..

Well To my disgust I weighed myself this morning and am 2 kilos heavier than I thought I was eekkk!!!!

Todays weights: 84.1

Goal in 2 weeks: 79 (dreaming) realistically 82kgs

Argh!! I was only 82kgs the other day.. boohoo

Thats happened to me before though and the next day i am back to normal again.. Will be interesting in the morning.. Like I lose 2 kgs overnight, lol. Must be fluid or something??

Weere meant to go on walk today but it is raining. Yuck!!! so I told my husband to make me get on the treadmill tonight for an hour....

Drinking lots of water and had a piece of toast this morning and a cup of coffee.

So a total of only 2.5 points so far....   Probably should have had more...

What to have for lunch??MMMMMMMM I dunno... Will have to have a look...

Anyway you guys all seem motivated... Well done.. Cant wait to hear how your forst week goes....

I've put a post-it note on my stearing wheel to remind me to take the mat in tonight

I'm taking a break from Turbo Jam this week and will be doing my pilates to tone up

I'm home sick today. Last night I felt AWFUL! I seem to be ok today but feel really bloated and blah. Weigh in at WW is tomorrow, so hope it's not going to affect me!

Going to make myself go for a walk later! Oh and try and drink lots of water to flush out my system.

Eating today... well, I haven't had anything yet. Lol (didn't get up till 1... bless being ill).

I did see that hip hop abs work out, it looked fun I didn't see the price though probably costs $100's!
I went for a walk to kindy this morning then took the dogs for a walk for about an hour but Miya wouldn't sit in her push chair so it was a very slow walk so didn't even get close to breaking a sweat I might go for a run after tea if it stops raining here.

I've only had a hot choc(I'm addicted to them!) and some mushrooms fried in low fat salt reduced marg I've had nausia all day so haven't been able to stomach anything else

I weigh 66.7kg right now(I forgot to weigh earlier) I really just want to tone up, get and healthy. I would probably like my weight to be anywhere under 65kg.

hip hop abs was '4 easy payments of $39.95 but if you call now you get it for 3 easy payments of $39.95 PLUS $90 worth of free stuff' I didnt think that was tooo bad, but i would feel like a norman standing in my lounge dancing like that cos im soooo unco.

I'm so unco too my2angels it's such a rip off I could just watch C4 and dance like them! I'm so unco I have to shut my curtains so no one sees me do that crunch workout in the morning(well I've done it twice! ).
I was planning on going for a walk once the kids were in bed but it's dark and raining so I skipped the walk and had a shower instead! I'm not off to a good start

ooh i love that crunch programme, has given me heaps of good ideas about my weights etc for my arms.

lol Liz.. maybe i should! I'd love to get a proper weights set, that did so well for me at the gym too, and really, i figured that i don't go the gym much when i have a membership cos i can never get there, this way ihave no excuse!

I got a bit miffed with just everything this evening, by the time th ekids went to bed they had gotten me a bit grumpy (although trying to stay calm probalby got me grumpier) and mike was being a bit of a prat cos he's got 2 assignments due friday and has only just started the 1st and is being a grumpy old man. so i thought instead of sulking i'd get on the stepper and use the grumpyness to do something. After 10 mins stepping, some crunches, leg lifts and weights for the arms, (plus around a litre of water downed) I actually feel good! I figure if i can keep this up every second day it will be all good.

The main thing that keeps me going is sticking on one of mikes techno cd's, and that keeps me occupied distracted enough.

we'll see though.. will probably get sick of it after a week.

I still haven't done any exercise this week! I had my mat in the lounge all set up to do my Pilates dvd but set my alarm clock for 6.30 rather than 6am so I didn't have time to do it before coming to work.

I have been very good with my meals though and staying within my points

YAH!! Im gonna join in too. Omgosh I probably have to lose the most weight out of everyone and the heaviest I wana lose around 30 kgs. I have just become too comfy with dp, when I meet him I was I size 14, nice and healthy and now I'm probably an 18(shock horror). I think it's just tooo much takeaways over the years, and no exercise at all...oh and having a baby (that is my #1 excuse lol)
I have turbo jam so that'll be my regular exercising aswell as walks wid Kahtrell. Also I'll have to change my eating habits, which I have started, I use to eat 4 pieces of toast! now its usually 1 or 2. If I get peckish then i'll have a piece of fruit, and I'm tryna drink more water.

So yah!! for this thread

I went for my lunch walk and MAN my head hurts. It's freezing outside and stuffy in my office. So now I have the headache from hell

Ah well... least I still went despite the weather.

ooevaoo - Trust me... I have wayyyyy more than that to lose. I break it up into small lots. If I look at how much I have to lose (over 60 kgs) it's just too overwhelming. So my first goal is 5 kgs, then 10% etc etc. Makes it wayyy more bearable.

You go girl!

I've cut out he hot chocs I usually have and had water instead but still have bad nausia so I haven't been able to start eating healthy. I've only had a few crackers and some fried mushrooms again, I just can't get enough of them!!
I'm planning on going for a run after tea and I'm going to stick to it this time. . .I hope!

I went for my run last night, I was so proud of myself! Just weighed myself 66.1kg so I've lost 0.6kgs! but that will change after I drink the hot choc I just made! I knew I shouldn't have bought a hot chocolate maker! I'm going to buy super slim milk tomorrow instead of just trim milk hopefully that will help the cause.

Ummm they run an informercial for it (well not sure if they still do). Well today I've started the points plan. Not joining weight watchers, just following the points system. Last week I found MIL's old weight watcher booklets etc so I just twinked out her things (she only did it for a week!) and have put my details in there. So far I've had porrigde with normal milk and banana pieces. Have been a slack with Turbo jam (well my dvds are gone for I dont know how long) but I have been doing a little walking. Then again I did eat 3 pieces of chocolate brownies at coffee group Oh well I officially start today anyways. I'll weigh in every friday...just how much I've lost/gained. Need to lose about 15kgs before I'll post my actual weight lolz.

I paid $120 (I think?) brand new off the TV. I love doing it but I'm SO uncoordinated and can't keep up even though she says to go at your own pace I've only done the 20 minute one (I do it almost every week day morning before I go to work).

DH and I took Cailtin for a big walk this morning, I usually go for about a hour and a half and we were gone for nearly 3 hours! It wasn't too bad at the time as we were chatting about bathroom and kitchen renovations (so jaw got a better workout LOL) and we weren't walking too fast, just enough to be able to gasp and talk lol. Still we did it and I feel pretty good still

Will weigh in on Monday

Awww man, I totally stuffed up all my hard work over the weekend. I'm just hoping by some miracle that I don't gain too much at weigh in on Wednesday.

I'm not weighing myself until the end of this challenge. I hope I actually loose something.

I've been walking and doing turbo jam every day so far this week (pretty easy since it's only tuesday )

gees. I weighed myself this morning again and I weigh 81.9 and only yesterday I was 82.6. so it surely does show eacah day depends on fluid you are carrying etc or if you have your monthly and so on....

My goal was to be 79 before the 2 weeks was up.. Might make it if I work extra hard.

I went for a 5km walk yesterday and today and tomorrow Im going again with the girls from the pram walking group. yay!!!

ok, so am slack as .....

haven't weighed...

haven't exercised since i posted about it.. hhhm a week ago...

and well...we went shopping yesterday, bought a few junky things, and in 24 hours i have successfully single-handedly polished off a whole king size block of cadbury peppermint choccy.

Will try harder next week.

I have been drinking more water and eating more fruit though and trying to do the healthy snacks thing.. just fell off the wagon a bit.
