Tired of the constant whingeing, tired of no one listening to me, tired from having to get up in the night, tired of kids crying, tired of hearing "no singing mummy" or "ow" for no reason other than attention. Tired of having to do everything, tired of stuff being thrown all over the house, tired of the arguments, tired of nappies and sh*t, tired of doing the washing. Tired of being called grumpy, tired of having no money, tired of the kids wanting and the tantrums when they cant have, tired of having no privacy, tired of my stuff being ruined, tired of saying the same things over and over and over...
Just so tired.

You need a holiday. I know - you're too tired for one. But you need one anyway!!

I know exactly how you feel!! I go to bed at night some times so fed up with the kids and house etc!
We all get tired sometimes - maybe you do need a break from the kids for a while??

My incredibly sage advice ? Barricade the buggers in their room and make yourself a cup of tea.
Hugs, and I hope today improves for you.

Have you got someone who will take the boys for a whole day during the week? I would if I lived in Auck... Sounds like you really need a day off, esp before the holidays

All just makes you want to run away, huh? I'm exhausted and so frickin' tired of the constant grind of house work and nappies and teething grumpiness and tired husband and...well, you obviously know what I mean. How about we go halves in a lotto ticket, and when we win (as we so deserve to do) we hire nannies, cleaners, cooks and a massuese. Sound like a plan?
Alternatively, add a wee something something to your cup of tea
Hope today treats you better hon.

Sounds like its all getting on top of you and getting you down.
I agree with the others, you need some you time away from all the usual demands. Time for a haircut or similar?

My old neighbour used to schedule herself a "mummy day" once a month, basically she'd get up in the morning and leave the house and not come home til five. I reckon you'd deserve something similar! The no money thing sucks, I can sympathise but I'd say you deserve a time out.
Hope it gets better!

I agree with Anna you need a 'mummy day'! And maybe a lock on your bedroom door so you can have your own space that the kids can't destroy!
I hope things start looking up for you soon

Sometimes I feel completely knackered just chasing around after the husband, so I just think you all with children do the most amazing jobs being tugged in multiple directions.
I hope you have a really good sleep tonight GandT and you're feeling better tomorrow. If not, leave the kids with DH and go out for a coffee and a wander on your lonesome on Saturday. Even if you make it 2 steps away from the car somewhere, collapse and have a cup of tea, take some time out for yourself.
Thinking of you!!

I'll take the boys for a day so you can have a break. And I promise we will stay at home and I won't take them anywhere I am at risk of losing them coz I have a bit of a reputation for that!
Big hugs from down here in Palmy, will take you out for coffee one night next week without the small hanger-on creatures.
Ooh, and I have fluffy mail for you

I'm sorry. I don't know why. I just found this hilarous. I have this big video in my head of a girl with a curled lip, marching next-door.
I almost ran away when I was a teen. then I thought where would I go? Everyone I know would tell my family whee I was. And i didn't fancy sleeping on the street. So i chickened out on running away, and put up with what I was going through.
