Does anyone have a recommendation on a good first aid cream for toddlers? I tried one with hydrogen peroxide but it stung my poor sweetpea and wasn't keen to try it again! I really need one in the cupboard for mine (accident prone!) so any suggestions would be most welcome!!

Could you try Savlon cream (pretty much the same as Dettol cream I think!).

Do you not find that they're not really strong enough? And a friend told me that this 'sting' when I applied the last one means its working - sounds awful to me. What do you think?

dont know about the sting... but i have an excellent cream - it is an antiseptic hand and body lotion i got to rub on my legs after waxing - that has tea tree oil in it and it is great. if the kids get bites i put that on and it makes them feel better and helps it heal. i also put tea tree oil in their bath at night if i think it is needed, like when they have cuts on them or have been playing somewhere yucky...

Arnica is fantastic, but I think it is more for bruises than cuts

There is a small sting, but it's not like a lemon juice or salt sting and it goes away very quick. I was told the same thing - that it means it's working.
