I'd quite like to start giving Andy LSA - Linseeds, Sunflower seed and almonds. When it is ok to introduce there is there is no family history of allergy?
Thanks :)

I'd say as long as they are ground so there's no choking risk you should be fine to start giving them to him.

Cool. Yes they are ground up.
Am trying to find some yummy homemade muesli recipes as I'm sure Andy must be getting bored with the four breakfast that I rotate for him.
