If you find that you have a fault with your Honey Child Nappy, please get in contact with your Agent so that we can sort the problem out for you.

Please do not try to fix the nappy yourself as this will void your 1 year warranty on all workmanship of the nappy.

We are aware that a few nappies have gone out with the fleece sewn in upside down (nice side down) on some of the nappies. This is very difficult to spot on an unwashed nappy so some have managed to escape our quality control, but we have found the remaining batch and have taken them out of distribution. Whilst the upside down fleece does not effect the performance of the nappy it will pill where the correct side of the fleece is designed not to pill.

One batch of nappies had problems concerning their domes being too loose. We are currently in the process of checking ALL of the domes on ALL of the nappies so that we are not sending out ones with faulty domes.

These occurrences are teething problems that any new manufacture goes through, and we should have it sorted ASAP.

If you have any questions at all regarding Honey Child Pocket Nappies please contact myself or Gen

Yup, my friend had some that fell off after the first wash and mine weren't "sticky" so as soon as Daniel moved they would come undone. I fixed mine with my snap press cause I'm sick of sending them back to HC. Don't care about the 1yr warranty.

Any nappy with any faults should be returned to Honey Child for replacement, this also helps us keep tabs on issues with the production so that we can make sure it doesn't happen again
