one and a half cups mayonaise
half tablespoon curry powder
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Mix all the above together and chill
Sreve with carrot and celery sticks, rice crackers, chips etc
Very Yummy
