Well, Miss Hannah was 2 today - sob, sob! After a big weekend with little sleep, she was a bit grumpy this morning but thankfully lots of new stuff (spoiled!) was a great distraction. We had a small impromtu lunch with Daniels family and then went swimming this afternoon. She got this singing thing - has a microphone and the base bit plugs into the telly with a camera so they can see themselves - and she was so funny! Singing Hpapy Birthday and various nursery rhymes and she thought she was so clever! Made a ladybird cake which was ok except I left the icing part until too late and the black spots ran cos the red hadnt set yet! Ah well, now I remember why last year I said I wasnt makingn a cake.
Will put some photos up tomorrow when I upload them. Its sad that shes not a baby anymore but she is heaps of fun now and its quite neat getting to know this little person, who is so caring and lovely, yet very confident and determined.
