Hi there,

I am cooking a lamb roast for tea, and DH has rung to say that he will be late home (bout hour after I planned on roast being ready). DO I keep the oven on at a low temp, or turn it off and heat up again later? Now planning to eat around 8pm...

Feel a bit useless posting this, but was sure that someone would be able to help me...

Yeah I would probably keep it on low as well (or make him eat it cold lol).
Perhaps, if its not already, wrap it in some tin foil as well to stop it drying out.
