This is so simple but really yummy. My daughter sometimes makes it for an after school snack but it is probably a bit big unless the whole family shares, which we do. All my little nieces and nephews love it too.

One can of salmon
One pot of sour cream (I use lite)
1/2 packet of tomato soup or one packet of cup of soup
salt and pepper to taste.
mix everything together...simple

we serve it with carrots & celery, rice crackers, or toasted pita bread broken up. But its nice with normal chips as well.
