What do you do if bubs has a temp and they (huge) throw up 10 mins after you pamol them?
Do you re-pamol or not for fear of double-dosing them?

I thought not but have since been told two different things?!

Well I'd think that they'd probably throw it up again, if they couldn't keep the first lot down..

Did bubbah throw up the pamol? Could you see it? Usually it gets taken away by the system pretty quickly. I would leave it and see if the temp drops, stick with the manual methods of bringing a temp down. Tepid baths, less clothes and cool drinks.

Id wait and give them another dose in say 15 - even 3 mls instead of the 5mls....esp if the throw up was the dose....remember they can have so many doses a day....

I wouldn't give anymore until another 4 hours. We had just given Caitlin Pamol before she power chucked and we took her back to starship and they said they wouldn't give her anymore until after the 4 hours to be safe

Our doc said to give again if it comes out within 5mins, not sure about 10 sorry.

Hope your little one feels better soon. I'm dreading the day we have our first fever as Elle won't take meds.
