After asking about this in the preggy section, just wondering if any of you have a copy of the book you want to sell or lend me. I am keen to have a look at it, but dont want to fork out all that money!

I got a copy out of the library so depending on the size of your local library this may be an option.
I found it ok - but I didn't end up watching the DVD the whole way. I found some of the exercises they wanted you to do, too difficult (i.e. mapping your own pelvis) which put me off a little. But it's definitely worth a read/watch if you can track down a copy. -------------

my midwife leant me a copy back in 2002 when i was pregnant with my first (jade) i found it a bit funny (mapping etc..) byut it was fantastic, i didnt get to use what i learnt with jades birth as i was bedridden with epi for my BP but i did with emma and kayla's births.
i have heard the library does have them too (well in nelson) not sure if it costs anything or not tho. it would recommend it. |

Yeah I've been looking on TM (obviously need to keep at it!) and I dont have a midwife - small town, our GPs are our LMCs. But will go have a look at the hospital - I think they have a few books there. ------------- Aimee Hannah 22/10/05 Greer 11/02/08 |
