I have decided that I would like to do some Christmas baking this year and package it nicely to give to people. Has anyone got any good recipes for this type of thing or ideas.

yep i got a super super easy cake recipie, it really is xmas cake for dummies, lol! It tastes super good, as well
soak 1 kg of mix fruit (you could even just have sultanas if you don't like the chistmas mix) overnight in 2 cups of dry ginger ale
add 2 cups of s/r flour and bake in a greassed lined cale tin at 180 till cooked.

My mum makes a white chocolate rocky road, using white marshmellows and macadamias nuts. Melt white chocolate and a little bit of cream together, and then add chopped up marshmellows and macadamia nuts, and then wait for it to set. Mum just makes different sweets and then puts them in little parcel things for family members, but the best one is the white rocky road I think. Its yummy.
