I spotted this on another site and thought it was worth sharing here because it is such a great deal!

Ugh, I spent ages making a nice album only to have an error when trying to check out. I have tried to process my order every day since last week, and still the same error. Contacted the site and got a reply but their suggestions do not apply (i.e. typing in wrong, no credit etc). Tried my own, my DH's and my mums credit card details and same thing every time. I guess we miss out

Yep, definitely a card thing. The error message is: We are sorry but we are not able to process a charge to your credit card at this time. This may be a temporary problem, so please try again later. If you continue to have trouble, please try another credit card And like I said, I have tried 3 different cards, from 2 different banks and still the same error :( |

i got my confirmation that it was shipped on the 2nd? that was my photo book and calender and havent seen them but my prints i ordered and were shipped on the 6th i have got?? Alo they charged my card twice!! and iemailed them friday and havent heard anything.

If you check the terms and condition s on the GM site then it states that it can take p to 4 weeks from the close of the promotion (dec 13) befoe you recienve them.
i can't wait - i really want to know if those mini books are any good Mel as they look cute! -------------

Their system sucks!!! I ordered two (different email addys) and got emails to say they were completed and then next day one had been refunded and cancelled as you are only allowed one per house (fair enough) so I reordered that and paid for it.
Just had another email to say they have cancelled the other order as you are only allowed one per house...so that is BOTH that they have cancelled. We are getting none!!! So I have sent them a VERY ANGRY letter telling them to basically get there sh*t together. (but put kinda nicely) |

If it isn't here before xmas, don't get more pressies, just give the people recieving the girt a note saying their xmas gift has been specially ordered and is awaiting delivery and you promise it is worth waiting for!
NZpiper, it stated you were only allowed one per household on the t&c of good morning, so because of that they might have a policy of cancelling all orders from a household. Hopefully your email can sort it out. -------------

Mine took 2 weeks to arrive.. they're being shipped from overseas thats why. I would suspect under normal circumstances it would take up to 7 working days - but at xmas the standard postage times are a lot longer.
Their head office is actually america - so I half expected it to come from there. Wasnt overly impressed with the quality - glad I didnt pay for it... |

I ordered my book yesterday just in time...hehehe. Not too fussed if it doesn't turn up before xmas as it is just for us. I ordered calendars off their UK website for grandparents and great gran they did them pretty quickly, they had them only a couple of days after I ordered them.
On their website it says last orders for xmas is the 15th so I would be surprised if you don't get your orders in time. -------------

Got mine today. they look quite good, but I should've checked my photos a bit more as a few are blurry. my fault though not theirs. Am still considering gettting one for mother's day but not sure I would spend $40 on it. Also would've liked more pages.

Yeah a few more pages would probably have been a good idea. It just seems a bit thin in the hard cover!
I didnt have any pages missing from mine, so no idea what went wrong! Anybody on here missing a page with Connor age 4 months, and Connor and mum!! Oh and we've decided just to rip that page out - its coming out pretty well and you wouldnt notice unless looking for it. Just cant be bothered waiting another 2 weeks. uhuh! I really wanted these albums before Xmas so I decided I would just order the other and pay and then battle further later but I cant do it with dial up. It just seems to freeze. Getting broadband modem on Tuesday but that will be too late. Really poor customer service. |

Ours arrived in the weekend and it's COOOOL! Love it. We also got 2 copies for the grandy's but in softcover, and I wouldn't be getting those again - they look cheap and nasty compared to the hardcover book.

Man, I must be so lucky as I am on dial up and had no problems uploading, creating or putting it together. It did freeze once when trying to open the album at the beginning, so I exited the programe and started it again and then had no problems!
As for uploading the pics, I think I uploaded around 90, and just did other stuff around the place for about an hour while they uploaded - I am used to having to wait for over an hour to see youtube vidoeos so i guess it doesn't bother me at all. -------------

I got my books today in the post - am stoked that they came in time for Christmas!! Was really pleased with the hardcover books, they look great! I used all high quality pics (all at least 1MB) and they have come out really well.
I am disapointed with the mini books tho, what a rip off!! I was going to give them as xmas presents and won't be doing that now - well will have to get something to go with them... ------------- Mum to two beautiful kids

We finally got ours today - i had been waiting and waiting, am so happy with it, mums going to love it i did a brag book for her with a page for each grandchild then just enough pages over for family groups. Definately the choice of photos makes a big difference, origianlly i had used ones i had already downsized (for use on here etc so they aren't huge) but because that makes them low-resolution it came up with saying that ont he pic when i tried to place it somewhere and said "not recommended" so i went, rezied them all back up huge again then put them in and they turned out neat! ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

I'm thinking I'm gonna get a photo book made for each of Daniels years and do it also for #2 whenever that will be. Will be neat once he gets older. And it makes sure that I'll actually have photos printed rather than having them all digital |

Thats a great idea Stacey, our one of Luke is really his first month I guess, cos he was only 4 weeks when I did it... So at least we can look back and remember that time ------------- Mum to two beautiful kids

I still havent got mine...grrrr....ordered it on 13th, so am getting a bit worried. Its only for us, but we have all the family coming over on chrissy day so wanted to be able to show it to them.

SimSam I ordered my second one on the 13th and it turned up today, so hopefully it will be in your letterbox tomorrow.
