Just wondering if the tech guys could give us an update on when the active topics will be fixed???

I've just asked the tech team to give us an update, and will let you know as soon as I hear anything from them. We're so sorry this is still happening! If I had any technical skill at all, I'd fix it for you... But unfortunately I'm not quite savvy enough to figure this one out, so we have to leave it in the hands of the experts! |

I've heard back from our tech team with a somewhat technical explanation of what they're trying to do to fix the problem, so I won't go into details except to say that they've got to do some manual checking of quite a bit of behind-the-scenes stuff to see where the problem is occurring. They're hoping to work on that within the next few days, so unfortunately we'll need to bear with them while they get it sorted. If and when I hear anything else, I'll let you know ASAP! |

yep and still no signs of improvements... come on tech guys. if you are going to default it to always show from the last week cant you make it from the last 2 or 4 hours instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
