Good morning everyone
Last Thursday night I had a pretty fall on arguement with someone and it was quite a stressful night I ended up really upset, crying etc. Ig ot up on Friday morning and had a shower in the middle of it I came over all hot and cold and thought I was going to vomit. About 10 mins later I was fine. I had a fall on weekend with travelling to AKL for our work function etc.. Now over the weekend I have had no movements from bubs and tiny little stitch like cramps. So now I am starting to get all concerned. I felt really good yesterday and same today. I am contemplating on whether to ring my midwife or not or if I am just over reacting.
So for my little ramble.

Call your midwife if you are worried, it will put your mind at rest. I am sure you will be fine, just take it easy for a few days if you can!

I agree, call your midwife, it will help set your mind at rest. But at 21 weeks it is not uncommon for bubs movements to be few and far between as they are harder to feel. He or she will get more and more active as the weeks go by.

I would call your midwife. If only for peace of mind than anything else. Its always nice to be reassured when your feeling a bit dodgy. Im sure you will find everything to be just fine.

hey selena like everyone has said i'm sure everything will be fine but it's best to check with your midwife to be sure and to give yourself reassurance.
in the meantime, try not to stress and get plenty of rest! a hard thing at this time of year i know!

The fainting etc is common in early pregnancy - I did it in front of the Mayor when we opened our new work building!! So that side isn't to worry about - But as everyone has said, ring the midwife and see what she says about movements etc.

doesn't hurt to get it checked - hearing the heartbeat will make you feel much better. Babies move round lots at this stage so it's easy not to feel them for a day or two and then to feel movement again.

Thanks everyone. I took all your advise and rung my midwife. She told me to go and see her just to check everything and yes everything is fine. We heard his little heartbeat so definately feel reassured!!. I was sitting on the couch last night and actually saw my belly move it was amazing and my partner placed his hand on my belly and for the first time he felt the little kick it was amazing. So thanks again for your support I feel alot better.

it's awful when something like that happens. And your mind does crazy things huh!!!! I think pregnancy helps you develop an overactive imagination.....maybe it's just babies!!
