Jake Taine and I wrote letters to santa and posted them. Yesterday we received a letter from Santa addressed to each of the boys. Jake was beside himself with excitement and slept with the letter.

So if you have any older kids, you should receive a letter back assuming you put your return address on the envelope.

How does that one work? Do you just send it addressed to Santa? We have a Lions one here in Dannevirke but you pay $2 I think.

You can also go to the NZ post website and fill in your details there and get a letter... http://www.nzpost.co.nz/Cultures/en-NZ/Personal/Christmas/Santa/WriteToSanta.htm - here

We have done one the past couple of years with Ethan.

Sweet, thanks for that link. I have just put Andrew's details in there. Hopefully he will get a letter this year that isn't a bill (he got his surgery bills sent to him).

I remember getting one when I was at school - I treasured it for years until my sister let the cat out of the bag

We just did this and got a letter from Santa, so cool and Harry loved it. It did say on the web site to put a stamp on it so I guess if you want the reply then you need to put the stamp on it
