While i was at the doctors today, i happened to mention that i thought there was something strange with my period....and he said i am having a missed miscarriage (missed cos i never got the bfp), i was 4 days late, and its already run 2 days longer than normal, and its still really heavy, just no clotting, cramping or pain...excatly 3mths after my last one...I knew i was pregnant, but having it confirmed by the doctor was hard, cos up until that point i had just thought...oh i will just pretend its my period.

I havent said anything to kent, but 15mths of ttcing 1 confirmed miscarriage and 2 unconfirmed (as in no tests or anything) miscarriages, i am beginning to wonder if im destined to have any more kids.

I see the hospital specialists on the 20th so will get all the results of my bloods etc then and will talk to them in more depth.

I know i am really blessed to have Rhiannon but i want more

Does your doc think it's all sad coincidence or is there something else going on that's making it difficult for you to retain pregnancies?

the doctor didnt really say much, but i think thats because i had told him that i had an appointment with the hospital obs on the 20th and that i had had a lot of bloods taken so just awaiting the results...I also have a pelvic scan next week as well through the hospital, so hopefully i will get some answers.

I do know though that my blood clotting factor is high, which apparently can hinder the baby taking, so it may just be a case of having to take asprin before i get pregnant not when i find out.

So not long to wait now until i have some answers

Kazzle - that is so horrible for you, I think that you should definately talk to your DH so he knows what you are going through - this is too hard for you to have to go through by yourself.

Take care of yourself chicky - I'm (and lots of others here) are thinking of you!!
