Does anyone have one like http://www.trademe.co.nz/Baby-gear/Prams-strollers/Double-strollers/auction-132849890.htm - this on TM I just want to know if the seats recline back fully for a newborn. I know a lot of them say suitable for NB but dont seem to go properly flat. I only want one for walks not around town so want the new bubs to be able to sleep in it.
