We took the boys to the esplanade (for those that don't know it's Palmy's biggest park with a huge playground, rose garden, bird avery, duckpond, train and heaps of walking tracks) yesterday for dinner and a swim with some friends (photos will be in the photo thread later). The kids were having great time swimming as they had the pool to themselves and it was great as the pool had just been cleaned and new water in there.

I got out first with Josh and I got dressed then got Josh dresses. The other 3 got out and we got them dressed and dried in time for dinner. As we were getting our dinner sorted other people had turned up and their children were swimming.

The gross bit. This lady was walking her dog through the park and put her dog into the pool with the kids still in there . Me, my friend and a couple other of the parents there all told her to get the dog out its for children not animals. She just turned around and said the pool has clorine in it the kids will be fine .

I am so glad that I had my boys out of there before she put that dog in there.

Thats rotten, I always keep my dogs well away from kiddies play areas, I certainly would never let them in a pool. Yeah the river and sea but thats a bit different. I would be mortified if one of dogs when in a kids pool especially with kids in it!!!! I would have been livid if someone elses went in there intentionally.
