At what stage does a courgette become a marrow?? We've got courgettes that are growing so fast and some of them are huge so I'm guessing they've turned into marrows?

What recipes can you make with marrows in them??

TIA

Marrows are lovely stuffed, with cooked rice and vegs, scoop out the insides and combine together with butter or oil and stick in the oven to grill.

Marrows can be a bit woody so they do require a bit more cooking.
