Everyone is doing so well, I have been pretty slack lately although I am doing it on my own.. Before I had Keziah I was walking 40 minutes per day but now I'm lucky if I get 3 hours weekly It's the holidays though, so once school goes back I'll be exercising hard...
Also, if it wasn't so hot I'd take Keziah for a walk but because she's breastfed we get 15 minutes down the road and she decides she's hungry/thirsty so we have to come home again... I have started carrying water for her, but she will only have a few sips before deciding it's not for her Gah!!!!

Neeks, if Lauren screams for a feed while out on a walk, I have been known to find a nice spot in the shade and sit down and feed her! She is a 5 minute feeder so its not a problem to take 5 mins out and feed her except that she gets all sweaty from me pounding the pavements!

So If I've actually lost weight I may have to reevaluate whether or not WW is going to work for me.

I wish I had a set of scales =/ It's so depressing to think you're probably losing weight, but not to know for sure! Unfortunately tight budget leaves alot of things that sound much nicer to buy than scales (especially to DF) I think a couple of pairs of pants are looking looser, but it's hard to tell.
EDIT: I'm guessing I weigh somewhere between 75 and 78 kgs, and I'm 5'9, so I'm not overweight, and finding it kind of annoying - it's harder to see results LOL!

I find that, too, Stace. Had a crap first week, and lost a KG and have been weiging myself flat out this week, and while I have been better than last week, I still haven't been that good, but it looks like I have lost another kg, will know in the morning (weigh in 10am).
I have found this week much easier, though, I haven't been so hungry ro thinkng about food so much, although I do find I get ravenous around 4.30pm, so thats where I tend to fall off the wagon...
Still, I am pleased with how I have gone thus far, and I have had maccas twice, plus booze and stuff....

I really wonder what I'm paying WW for when I see my pattern emerge lol. And I did my measurements today and I'm very unimpressed with the amount of cm's lost. It's rather pathetic.
I think I'm going to clean my house, go to the post office today (walk).
Then see how my back is doing tomorrow (as I've had a badly pulled muscle) and I'm going to get back into working out every morning. And I'll do WW for what I've paid for but after that I'm not going to go to meetings. I don't care if I loose weight or not, I care about the cm's

James,
I think you should go back to Karate, it won't seem like exercise if you enjoy it. What style is it? Do you do sparring or just techniques and kata?
I do Kickboxing and TaeKwon do and it does burn the fat and is enjoyable, I love the sparring side of it
Good luck for your weigh in next week.

7.5kg is impressive!!!!
I'm hoping I can break the 5kg loss this week. It was at 4.9kg last week which really annoyed me but I can't exercise really and AF showed up . I'm not even counting points at the moment, just eating healthy as though I am counting them.

start weight 77kg
week three weight 75.3
total loss 1.7kg
As I gained last week I'm really pleased with this and hoping I can keep it up. I really can't wait to be below that 70kg mark.

it's more likely to catch up with you next week stacey, but if you are good this week, you might escape it's evil clutches if i had a bad week, it would be the next week weigh in that i'd gain

Well done on your losses this week ladies!
I have weigh in at 7 tonight. Hoping for a kg loss (fingers crossed!)
My mum is hoping to get her 5 kg bookmark as well.
Off to the gym! (Loving the gym!)
Will post later!
Keep up the good work!

I'm exactly the same, Vanessa. If I have a good week, I tend to get a bit complacent and think 'oh I'll have a little treat for my great week I had' and that treat turns into a few, and add in a couple of bad meals, and then next weigh in, it catches up, or it doesn't budge!
I think I'm going to plateau where I'm at, at the moment. Can't complain I guess, as it's my first plateau in 17 kgs!!!! It just makes goal weight seem so close, yet SO far when you stay around the same weight for a few weeks in a row. I'm only 9 kgs from my top end healthy weight range (and only 4 kgs from my personal goal).

Oh, and my mum finally got her 5 kg bookmark, so yay for her.

I'm scared about this weeks weigh in, I've had a number of good loses recently and my freakin cross trainer broke which has made motivation go out the window.

This week +500g
Total weight loss 4.1kg
I am not too worried about the gain as week before I lost 2.7kg, so 2.2kg over 2 weeks is pretty blardy good!

I'm worried about this week. HAd a big feast for my grandparents 50th . . The food was so good I couldn't resist.
Does alcohol have much affect on weight?! I'm going out on the town with some friends on thursday and might stick to vodka and soda

Heya! Well done on your loss this week danni!
I lost 100 grams last week making my total 7.6kgs.
I'm missing weigh in this week due to my mum being away (it's a good thing because I've definately gained) so I have a week and a half to undo the damage of my binge eating week. LOL.
