Megan for the past 3-4 nights has been sleeping 9-10 hours..she did 10.5 hours last night.

I have noticed she wants to feed a lot between 4pm and 9pm but since she is basically sleeping through the night I can handle the cluster feeds in the early evening.

I got her down for her first sleep by 8:30am I am hoping she will sleep through till about 11am. but will wait and see.

That's really good that she is sleeping like that, Spencer was still waking 3 hourly through the night at that age,a dn feeding 2 hourly during the day and I looked like .
You will probably find in another month she will start dropping those cluster feeds and wanting to go to bed at 7ish, and then you can throw a party cos you have your evenings back

That's awesome, Cooper was still waking twice at that age. Even now he's still waking up for a feed. Well done you.

yeah Luke is doing the same thing, I can get him down for 9-10 hours from 8-9pm...

One thing I have started doing this week to try and escape a bit of the cluster feeding - which I think he was doing mainly because I don't have alot of milk in the evenings - is expressing and giving him a bottle of EBM just before bedtime - this tops him right up and stops some of the cluster feeding as well...

You should be pleased with you girl, sounds like she is doing great!
