So I was wondering about the linea nigra (dark line of pigmentation down your belly). I had this when preggers with Ollie, but so far not with this pregnancy. Just curious to see if/when other women developed this.

Well I can't remember exactly when I got mine, but I can tell you that I still have it. Luckily it is only very faint now. Also I got a line going down and one going up from my belly button, is that normal?

I had one for quite a few months first time round and it ended up quite dark. This time I dont think I do, but there may be a faint line. Too many stretch marks to see

I'm quite fair skinned though have Maori blood but definitely had it, though I'm beginning to think that it didn't show up until really late in my pregnancy.

I am fairly fair skinned and I got mine around 20 weeks and it definately darkened up towards the end of my pregnancy. I was staring at it today wondering when it will disappear. Doesn't bother me, as I won't be showing my tummy off for sometime. I am more concerned about the excess hair you get. Though I have been told it should fall out before 6 months after birth.

I've still got mine. It was really dark and went below and above my belly button. I'm very fair skinned (2mins in sun = burnt).

It's lighter now but still definitely there.
