I'm watching the biggest loser and it has got me inspired to get fit again.
I can't afford to go back to the gym so want to do exercise at home.
What kinds of exercise do you do at home??
How do you keep motivated??

I'm watching it also. We have a treadmill but don't use that as much. I live on the top of the hill and in the process of getting my fitness up I have started to walk down the hill into the city (Wgtn) and then DH picks me up at the bottom and we then head to where ever we were going. Next I will be starting to go up the hill but not quite ready for that.
My motivation.....getting to close to the 100kgs! That and my MIL is coming to visit on Friday (she lives in Aussie) so wanted to lose a bit before she got here. Amazingly I have been really focused so although I'll stop while she is here I will go back on the diet when she leaves.

Well I go to the gym but exercises you can do at home are: Turbo Jam, exercises on a swiss ball.

I do turbo jam sometimes, non contact kickboxing sometimes, got cross trainer and pilates too. Occassionally go for walks but I get sooo bored with that very fast

I try to go out on regular walks and Ollie loves it cause I stop at a couple of parks on the way. We have got an exercise bike and also a treadmill but I haven't used it during this pregnancy as have been too tired! Hopefully will get to use them again now that I have regained some energy.

I do pilates at home. I actually really enjoy it, its just finding the time to do it regularly without kids landing on top of me all the time that's difficult!

I used to do Walk Away The Pounds, which I found really good! There were 3 dvds, ranging from 1 mile to 3 miles of walking. After a couple of months the chick got on my nerves a bit though!

Well I just run lengths of my driveway while Caprece is asleep and Jack is playing outside. I also do sit ups, lunges, press ups, squats and some other muscle building things in between the lengths. On cold days I do exercise videos, you can get them pretty cheap from the warehouse.
ETA: I have no idea how I stay motivated since I never have been before, after Caprece was born I hated how I looked so I decided to do something about it and here I am 6 months later. I have found tho if you make it part of your routine you just do it without thinking.

I walk the kids while they ae on their scooter and Alize is in the pram. I usually do an hour of power walking per day and sometimes we will go out for a walk twice a day. My kids keep me motivated as I can get them out of the house before they kill each others as well as their constant nagging to go. Goodluck!!

Exercise DVD's can be brought off TM pretty cheaply as well. I second what someone said about chicks getting annoying after awhile on video's though, you start knowing exactly what they are going to say and it's a bit frustrating, I'd get 5-6 different ones so you can mix them up a bit!
I do pilates, use a swiss ball and do resistence training at home.

How do I keep motivated? I'm addicted to shows on E! where all the girls are teeny tiny (like I once was). Watching one episode of girls next door is enough to kick start my motivation.
Also I go for fun exercise. I was a gym bunny for years before I had Michaela but time and expense means I can't do that anymore. Instead we walk to a park and I play too (swings are great for butt exercise and monkey bars work on your shoulders and triceps). I recently got a hula hoop and found a hula hoop exercise regime on google (apparently it's all the rage in America). I still enjoy weight training and using the exercise ball so I do both and I love yoga and the extra flexibility it gives me for BD (can't get better motivation than that!). I try and involve Michaela in my exercise regime as much as I can and bought a kiddy yoga DVD so Michaela and I can do it together.
Do you have a library card? You can rent exercise DVD's from the library (for about $4 per week), they have a huge selection, and then once you've found one or two that work for you you can pop onto amazon or trade me and buy it/them.
I try to save the DVD's for colder months and get out in the fresh air as much as possible now.

i do pilates and jack does it with me most of the time so that's my motivation
i also walk in the forest with a friend at least 3 times a week. it's great to get out of the house and it gives the dog some exercise too.
i'd love to get shaun t's hip hop abs, that looks like fun! or turbo jam

i lost 30kgs by jumping around the lounge to loud music with my then 2 year old daughter. she loved it! I just promised myself i would not stop moving for an hour. id do star jumps, crazy dance moves, vacuuming while throwing my legs out to the side! id pull some pots and pans out and a spoon for each of us and she'd follow me around the house.. id also do some abdominal/stretching exercises every night on the yoga ball.
just make sure the curtains are closed and the doors are locked to save yourself any embarrassment

I've just started walking and loving it, I walk my son to kindy every day and pick him up and monday and thursday I have to go back to drop of my little girl from porse 10 mins each way, and I go for another walk most nights around the block a brisk 20 min walk I hate walking but just brought a pedigree double mountain buggie off tm so that my lazy 4 year old does not moan hehe and it's seems to be doing the trick and I don't have to stop all the time to wait for him, go girls we can do it .... damn missed the biggest loser must watch it next week.........

I'm like Kels, I get us all out walking. At the moment it's too damn hot. So we walk in the mornings when it's cooler.
Once school starts back. I will also walk Nyah to school which is a good 15mins walk there at her pace, and 10mins home at my pace.
We've got Cornwall Park at the top of our street too, so this year I'm going to walk around there, which from memory takes around an hour there and back.
