We had Rice Risotto and fish cakes they were yummy!!!

Maya asked for it a few days ago coz we hadn't had it for ages and I was out/working all afternoon so I thought I'd treat her. Mmmmm, it was yummy too, roast chicken with lots of salad and olives and ranch dressing

Beef Pad Thai and rice. Surprisingly BOTH kids ate it up really well, that never happens!

schnitzel, pasta and veges - DH had to finish the cooking while I dealt with grizzly baby...

Then I had some icecream once he had gone out...

Hot and spicy chicken nibbles and a yummy salad with basamic dressing....... Mercedes was mortified so had noodles and a few chicken nibbles and because Lesieli is vegetarian she had hoki with her salad. Alize had salad no dressing and hoki with a banana for dessert. He ate his whole salad too

Snap! I made risotto the night before and had it for lunch yesterday too.

Michaela's still eating vegetarian so we had a selection of fresh veges and fruit with some corn wafers and a sprinkling of raisins followed by homemade berry sorbet.

This is making me hungry!

We had vege lasagne and garlic bread!
DH hates veges mixed together so I have to try to disguise it with heaps of cheese and sauce! Ha! Works every time!

We had cold roast chicken (I'd cooked earlier in the day) potato salad, basil aoli pasta salad and a green salad.
Tonight it will be Lasagna salad and some yummy bread which i am yet to buy.

Last night we had fish on the bbq with new potatoes and beans (straight from the garden) and baby beets.
Tonight is Puttanesca with a fresh salad and I might make some bread too.

Last night self-crusting quiche, with kumara, courgette, onion, garlic, and asparagus, and a salad.

Tonight, beef stirfry with LOTS of veges and rice. We're trying to cut down on our meat intake (particularly red meat) for health reasons, and I'm actually quite enjoying it!

Forgot to get anything out of the freezer this morning so just pickerd up what I thought was s thai red chicken curry that I made at some point in the past (must start labelling better). Turns out it was more of a soup as there was no sign of any chicken! Tasted nice though
