Cohen is booked for his immunisations today but he is on oral antibiotics for a persistent sticky eye.

Does anyone know if the immunisation can still be given?

Not sure, maybe call the nurse and ask them? I know if bub is sick, it's best to put them off as not too strain the immune system too much.
If it was me, I'd probably put them off a week or so just to make it easier on their little body.
