We are having a few money issues ATM so mum suggested being a home based carer (its what she did when we were little) so is anyone else one?
Does anyone have any advice for me? I've emailed Porse but might look into a few other places. |

Whereabouts are you? What about Barnados?

Yes i would look at Porse, barnados, jemmas, homegrown kids

| I second all those things but also with the kindy down the road from you you could always put a notice up or something and see if anyone would be interested in you picking up the kids or dropping them off. i know my sister had a real mission arranging work and childcare around kindy. |

| I am a homebased childcarer in Hamilton with Waikato Family Homebased Childcare. It is great but I don't have any of my own so only have the 2 I look after to worry about. I would look for a company that is smaller cause I think they take much better care of you. I have a great teacher who visits once a month and who is always at the other end of the phone if I need her. Hope it all works out for ya |

Aparently barnados are really good for this service too.
