Can anyone reccomend something they have tried that i can do in the evenings.

I think i need something that gives me instructions I have good intentions of just doing my own exercises but I get bored. If i had a 30 min programme to follow i would be good.

either that or i think that i am going to have to hire a treadmill.

I really want to get back in shape but the only time i have to myself is after Ethan has gone to bed, when I can't really leave the house, I am sure there is a some kind of law against that.!!

I have:

Aussie Fit - Kick Fit (I lost 14kg before my wedding using this) and it has 2 40 min workouts plus instructions. It's only about $20 too

Turbo Jam - I don't find this works as well as kick fit but it's alright

I saw an advertisement on TV for Hip Hop Abs ...that looked pretty fun and like it would work the mid-section well! ...probably costs the earth though!

Try trade me ...get good deals on Exercise Dvds on there, might also help you get a feel for whats out there

i can't speak highly enough of winsor pilates......20mins is all it takes, 3 times a week...after 3wks i can notice a difference in my butt and mid section
there's bound to be heaps on TM for sale...depending on what you want to do, i'd just start with the 20min basic workout
