Well the bad news logging into my work emails from home (other than having a hundred of them) was finding out my leave for Saturday was declined.

The good news was finding out I've been offered a coverted spot on our Graveyard Team after a very short waiting period!! WOHOO!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really excited about it, as only a sick puppy like me who enjoys working funky hours can be, but it is a move up as GY is truely the best of the best and it's worth way more money in penal rates!!

I start at the end of March! w00t!!!

Stink about the leave. But yay for getting the shift you wanted. GY shifts are great, you can get away with so much more. And at least we know if we can't sleep at night Gen will be there to talk to .

Nah I work at the AirNZ Call Centre on the North Shore...I've doing full time shift work (starts between 6.30am -3.30pm) and then before I went I leave I found out I was accepted onto our LAX team (taking mainly calls from the US and starting between 5.00am and 6.15am) but I really wanted to get onto Graveyard...the pay is worth a lot more because you get paid really well for doing the hours plus it's a 4 day on 3 off roster instead of normal 5 days working. There are a lot of parents on the roster and they all love it!
