and had lots of fun!
They are being run by the traithlon club here in palmy, we missed last week's one cos we didn't know they were runnign them but she's wanted to do the weetbix one (but is too little) so when we saw this she was more than keen. There are 3 more in the series so any other palmy ladies who think their kid might like this chuck me a PM and maybe we can meet up there next week, or if you need details. Basically was 4 yr olds upwards, up to 12 yrs, different requirements for different age groups, but Paris had to run 300m, bike 600m, and then one length of the learners pool (nice and shallow) Have posted pics in the photo gallery. I think we have started something she will want to carry on with ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

That triathlon is so cool for little kids. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

I do feel very proud, just starting into the bike she found it a bit tough cos it was hard biking on the grass, (that and i think we need to put her seat up a little cos she's grown) and started a bit of a cry, but some cheering words as we ran along by her and she was all good, she got a bit of a fright when she jumpe din the pool cos she lost her footing and got wateron her face, but again, just kept on kept at it and when she got out she was so psyched. it was great. ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja
