My poor credit card has taken a bit of a beating today ...

I decided at 10am roughly that I wanted a treadmill, went online for a look around thinking of hiring one.. saw the price of hiring them and thought better of it.

11am, drive into town, 11:30am, treadmill purchased

I've wanted one for a couple of years. I justify the purchase by saying that it's equal to 3 years gym membership and this way I can't use my crappy excuses.

DH was informed of this purchase when he came home from lunch and just rolled his eyes at me..

This is after last night I was bitching about having to pay rates

I think I might have to get him to hide the CC for a couple of weeks from me

Now I just can't wait until it gets delivered next week

And not even an ounce of guilt for the most spur of the moment purchase I've had in a long time!

LMAO Stacey! Good girl... I can't believe that he only rolled his eyes at you. My Dh would have put me in the naughty corner!

lol I was about to head out with Daniel for swimming lessons, so making him shift his car out of the way probably stopped him from saying more

You'll probably find that he will want to use it too. Was it expensive? I'd love one...but I already walk millions of k's a day so I'm not sure it would be worth it. My sister lost sh*t loads of weight when she used one... oh and she did WW too... She's gone from an 18 to a 10!

It was but it wasn't.. It was only 2k which in terms of treadmills isn't bad at all considering there were ones priced there for 10k lol..

I loved the treadmill at the gym and I always have excuses for not going walking/jogging etc so this is good for me. I think DH will use it too.

There is a big reason why our CC has a 900 limit The interest is always completely manageable even if it's maxed.

Tell your DH that mine is about to fork out $440 on boots for me. Somehow your treadmill doesn't look so bad

one of the girls in my antenatal says the soud of the tradmill puts her baby to sleep so there is another reason to justify it

I have been thinking of trying one of those ones on Goodmorning...not sure which as they all sound good

Our CC has a limit of $8k lol... but we always pay it off on time and haven't gone anywhere near the limit.

I just hate having to wait for it, I'm so impatient. I want it now!

Actually, I was too scared to look at the price when I saw them, so one of my work mats went down and scoped them out!

(Sorry to threadjack Stacey - I think the treadmill is a fab idea!)
