I've never had one of these so when I woke this morning assumed I'd pulled a muscle during my press-ups last night. However, it suddently dawned on me that it is probably my lymph node! I had a slightly sore throat and nausea. Elle still has green muscousy nappies.

Anyone know if a virus causes lymph nodes under the arm to swell? I usually get swollen glands in the neck...

Scary due to the whole miscarriage / pregnancy thing.

Yeah you can. I have a weird lymph node thing and have one that is permanently swollen behind my ear.. DH thinks its really gross.

Sometimes when I have a tummy bug I can feel them under my arms.

Argh! Scary. Mind you the miscarriage was really straight forward and I've had zero pain and the bleeding totally stopped after 7 days. No fever or anything so I guess it is very unlikely to be a womb infection from residual pregnancy tissue...I would've felt unwell earlier. Looks like I'll have to have hcg tests just in case though.

Why is it always so complicated???

Dunno, it's annoying that our bodies can't just be simple.

If Elle has been sick then I'd not be surprised if it's just you getting that virus. Or a cold... they seem to be going around at the mo.

Hopefully it is all harmless and you're fine. xox
