I was suppose to be away from home at a lodge in Wellington for a week long course BUT I turned into a homesick child (even got the same I wanna cry feeling to go home lol) and decided I was coming home and I can just get up and leave at 6.30 every morning. The kids are at mums but I picked them all up from after school care and DC and spend time with them at mums And here I was so excited looking forward to being away from home and not having to do and cooking or cleaning lol ------------- http://lilypie.com">

I did it two weeks ago hon. But mine are older than your little guy. I don't think I could've done it when they were that little.

Where were you staying Keli, you could have stopped with me, I'm a solo mum this week and Neil is in Hobart. Nice spare room and portacot for you and company for me, I'd have Alize during the day, well not tomorrow but after that. Save you those early mornings if you wanted.

Kels, I would have done the same.
I have never spent a whole night away from my wee lady. I hardly get sent on business trips anymore because I specify that I have to be back on the earliest flight on the same day and Michaela at almost 2 years old has only been babysat 4 times in her life (and only for a few hours at a time).
