DH made a shhhhh track for Harry to help him get to sleep (and stay asleep) during the day, and I thought I'd share it in case anyone wanted a free 'white noise' CD! He left the gaps between the shhh so it sounds like a person rather than just static.
Click on the website below and then right click on the link and click “Save target as” and save it to your desktop. Burn CD with whatever program you use to do so. I just played it for Rowan and it worked a treat - which I'm a bit suprised about as I thought she might be a bit old -------------

DP managed to get it downloaded and we tried it this morning and Olivia is fast asleep! Cheers for that  -------------
