I hear you on that one ...very bad case of OCD here, especially when it comes to cleaning & hygiene. I have dermatitis on my hands because of this (although getting better with cream) ...but its not nice. It controls your life.

I'm pretty open about it though, although like you mentioned I am really good at hiding it from others.

Shopping is a total nightmare, I can spend a good ten minutes infront of something I plan on buying, and if theres ten of the same product, i have to sort through them to find one with no imperfections & use an elimination process ...several times I have got myself so worked up an overwhelmed I've had a minor breakdown & have to walk away and leave it altogether ...it really does my head in.

Total stress pot too, if lucas hurts himself or gets sick, the stress really does me in.

And this only started in late pregnancy and has gotten worse since having bub *sigh*. I'm so over it.

(argh now all you lovely ladies probably think I'm a total nut job)

i used to think i was a nut job then realised its like depression its a mental illness(and i can say that without thinking im crazy now) and i cant help it...

lots of women get it in pregnancy it's pretty common apparently.. ive had cog beh therapy and that really helped just the preg and breastfeeding hormones making it worse but I'll get there.. i think hiding it makes it hard sometimes but mine isnt that bad that you can see .. unless you watched me closely..my parents dont know and neither do any of my friends unless they have seen it on here:)

stress and tiredness make it worse(both massssive during this time of course)

i sympathise with you ..as obviously i know how it feels!:)
