OMG easter is just round ther corner again...and last year i learnt first hand the hard way DO NOT OVERDOSE on choccy while Breastfeeding....we had the worst coliccy bubba for a whole week!!!

I think i am still scarred from the experience of that week....it was hideous!!! esp when bubba was otherwise great....

just wanted to prewarn some of you in time for easter - dont go there it is not worth it...load up on choccy once you have stopped feeding...

youve been warned.....

Wow we have no problems here and i have a nasty habit of eating chocolate daily, some days a whole kingsize bar in one sitting (yes I know, bad habit and it needs to stop)!!!

No nappy rash ....ever *touch wood* ...nothing at all (don't want to elaborate on that part as i dont want to jinx us).

This coming from someone who bought a big cadbury bunny today and scoffed it down in the car

I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hmm maybe on second thought thats why lucas has never slept through the night ....afterall he is a NIGHTMARE baby when he wants to be. I shall TRY and go a couple days without chocolate (like detox for an alcoholic, chocolate is totally my addiction) and see if he sleeps & behaves better.

What else should breastfeeding mothers avoid? (no doubt, all the foods i eat ARGH)

Caleb likes chocolate. I guess I'll have to eat lots of easter eggs this year so I can pass them on to him seeing as he's too little to eat them directly.

ooh thanks for the warning! I don't eat much chocolate anyway so she'd probably be really bad if I overindulged at easter.

Lucky for me I weaned Caprece into while she was still inside. I think she would have withdrawals if I stopped eating it

Thanks for the heads up BS, will have to moderate choccy intake although will be terrible as my mum tends to go overboard and we all follow her lead. Big block of chocolate, marshmallow eggs, and one big egg. Doesn't sound too bad but by the time grandma does it, brother does it, sister does it as well we're looking at four kingsize blocks of choclate, four packs of marshmallow eggs and four big eggs each -

Pray with me ...
