I swore that i wouldnt worry over being pregnant again, but i woke up with major cramping this morning, and i was 100% certain i had started bleeding as i felt like i had flooded everywhere. BUT i was 100% wrong...

Arrrghhh so the cramping moves from my right hand side (feels more like stretching) to at the moment had a sharp stabbing pain in my belly button.

I dont want to stress, i dont want to worry, but i dont think im going to be able not too...

Oh Kaz!!! Who can not worry? I havent had any bad experiences and I am still worrying non stop. Did you have trouble conceiving Rhiannon? Or has it all been since then?

Kaz, don't be hard on yourself for worrying.
We all do it and after what you've had to go through it would be almost impossible for you not to.
All you can do is try to stay positive hun, tell yourself that cramping can be normal in early pregnancy (I went to the Dr twice about it when I was 4 & 5 weeks with Benjy because it was so sore) and go easy on yourself.
Rescue remedy can be really helpful for stress and worry too, if you find it is getting too much for you.
I've got my fingers crossed tight for you Kazzle, sending you and your wee bean lots of love and prayers xx

oh so normal... i remember waking up or going to get up and thinking i was going to find a puddle of blood...and no matter how much i tried to tell myself it was all going to be all right or that i could handle whatever happened it drove me nuts. the second guessing, the innumerable toilet stops "just in case", pressng my boobs, "do i feel sick still?", and no matter what you do you cant stop yourself.
Just know that you are not alone, and you are perfectly normal.

Kaz I have never mc but I have a very strong family history (between my two sisters, my mum and my aunty they have had 7 mc). I spent my entire pregnancy (especially the first few months) worrying. It seems we start worrying about our babies from the minute they're concieved and right through their childhood/adolescence/adulthood too, we just need to get used to it.

The cramping pains sound just like early pregnancy to me. Your uterus is stretching to make a nice comfortable home for your sticky little bean.

The pains are so common in early pregnancy, and with this pregnancy I had convinced myself it was another m/c as I had bleeding early on.

Try to think positively, it's hard - but it does help.

Kaz, after everything you've gone through I agree that it is difficult (impossible?) for you to not worry. *Try* not to stress too much though.

Lots of hugs and sticky vibes coming your way!

Aww Kaz **hugs** I fully know what you mean. I even still check for blood everytime I go to the bathroom, and sometimes Ive run there in a panic cos it felt like I was gushing with blood but there was nothing there! I think its our minds playing tricks on us cos we get so worried.
Just remember that in early pregnany you will gets lots of tugging and pulling/cramps as the baby makes itself at home If they got really badly painful then Id check with your doc, but by the sound sof things you are having normal niggles.
Try not to worry too much hun (I know thats easier said than done!)

Yep, I still check my undies every bathroom stop too, I'm figuring I probably will until the day I give birth, it's just what us women do, esp with the added stress of a m/c or two.

I have lots of hope that everything is going to turn out terrific for this pregnancy But you're only human and its only natural to be anxious after what you've gone through.

I was anxious in my pregnancy in Jan even before I had signs of miscarriage and I'm sure I will be even more so when I get pregnant again.

And actually, I think I'm still checking my knickers to make sure I'm not miscarrying and I'm not even pregnant right now (at least not that I know of)

I'm sure it will be fine Kazzle but worrying about it won't help.....although not worrying is just as hard!  I had the same thing and it's very scary!! Like the others said it's probably bub making a nice cosy home for herself.

Sending sticky vibes and maybe if you do find your keys go and buy some Rescue Remedy. It's brilliant stuff; just a few drops is very calming and really helpful for this sort of thing when your mind is going nineteen to the dozen!

Sticky sticky vibes to your bean
