That doesn't sound very nice at all!
My only suggestion is maybe a trip to the docs, see what they think and see if you can get bloods done if they think pregnancy is a possible cause
Oh yeah, welcome to OhB!

I feel your painwith bleeding and pain I have that all the time too even after 2 ops to get rid of the endo. Def take a trip to your dr to get a blood test to check your levels out.
And welcome to OB.

by the way, just remembered, i got the doc to do blood tests to see what my hormone levels were like a month off depo. i got the bloods done about 6 weeks ago and all my hormone levels were within normal range. yay
with no periods to go by does anyone have any idea how long it takes to show up on a home preg test?

Welcome to OB.
That question, I don't think can really be answered. Its all to do with when you ovulate and possible conception.
IF you were having periods, a test would show up positive (if your preg of course) approx 28 days after your last period (if you have a 28 day cycle). I'm don't know how much you know about TTC, but you generally conceive about 14 days before you AF is due.
Well thats the best I can answer that one lol

It varies widely with everyone and every pregnancy. I get positives early (before my period is due) but others don't get them for weeks after AF should have been.

Don't worry about 'bugging' your doc. That is what the are there for!
You should get the results from your blood test the same day; if you go in the morning.
If you really don't want to bug your doctor, just go directly to your nearest medlab/pathlab and ask for an HCG level test (preg test). The test will cost approx $20. They will give you a reference number to quote for you to phone for your result.
Generally a level of under 5 is not pregnant, and a result of 25 or more is pregnant. Don't ask me about the numbers in between, but thats what I have been told. Then again, some ppl here will say a level over 2 is pregnant. The levels rise rapidily.
Here's a random chart I found online quickly for you:

Welcome to OhBaby!
One thing I have learnt from coming off Depo, is that it is very normal and common to get pregnancy symptoms when the Depo starts making its way out of your system (had it a number of times!!). Also, it doesn't come out of your system straight away, can take a few months to come back to normal. But if you are worried, then def go to your doc and ask for a blood test

also, how long after coming off depo did your symptoms start and how long did they last for?

Hehehe well, it varied!! The first time I came off Depo, they lasted around 2 months (yep, I went through a HECK of a lot of tests!!!). I had been on Depo for a year. It took around 6 months I think, to start getting back into a routine (ie. regular AF) even though it still wasn't 100%. The second time, this year, I was only on it for one jab that "ran out" in January, I had it for around a month. I still haven't got my actual AF back yet either - had some bleeding and spotting for a whole 3 days last week but I don't count it as it wasn't fresh (red) blood. Sorry, TMI, but yeah. It can take a few months, or up to a couple of years, for Depo to completely exit your system.

result was negative. does anyone know what you can do to get pregnant when you dont get periods or anything. how do you figure that out

That's a really good question mondg!! I just waited, because the Depo is usually still in your system which means you're actually still on contraception even though, technically, it has "run out".

thats just plain annoying. i bleed for the whole 9 months i was on it, went off it, now cant get AF back, thats just rediculous. lol. oh well, how long did it take beofre you got AF back from when your injection technically ran out?

personally 4 months for af to return and then it was all over the place for a while. I guess after 6 months I was completely back to normal with regular periods
EDIT: I will clarify that. Dring the 4 months I had random spotting and weird stuff... some bleeding but not like a period-that turned up after the 4 months of being all over the place but when af did start coming my cycle was short and then long for a couple of months then it was fine. then a week on the pill and we concieved Neosha lol :0)
