its so exciting, only 9wks till baby is born, but boy is my back starting to ache alot, and boy is she active.
I know she is head down and in the right position but it must be because she is running out of room that i feel the movements constantly. i have found that going to the swimming pool and having a bath helps relieve my backache, but any ideas on what else i can do apart from wheatpacks and showers. cant wait, its so exciting...lol im sure i have already said that.       ------------- http://lilypie.com">

Sorry no other ideas for the backache, I just lived with my wheatpacks, they were a godsend, and my partner just rubbing my back helped. Xanda was a very active baby as well so I know how you feel about the constant movement but i use to love it. ------------- http://www.bump-and-beyond.com/">

From memory you said she was spine to your spine (or am I dreaming?) That can make back ache worse. I found leaning over the bean bag helped with my back ache as it took all Maya's weight off my spine. -------------  Maya Grace (28/02/03)
