What does it cost? Setup fee? Weekly? For how long?

What do meeting involve? What do you do there?

I had another question but i forgot?

Oh yeah, do you have to weigh a certain amount before you can join? I mean im not big, i just want to loose 10kg..

Generally, they have a deal that's either free registration (which is like $33 or something) or first meeting is free (each meeting is $17.90 unless you prepay and then you save some money).

Have a look at http://www.weightwatchers.com.au - the website . It has heaps of information.

You go as many weeks as you would like. If you get down to your recommended goal weight, you become a lifetime member and don't pay for meetings as long as you stay within 2kg above that goal weight.

You have to be at least 5kg above the goal weight to join. If you've got 10kgs to lose, I think you'd be eligible to join.

Do you HAVE to go to meetings? Is there a set amount you have to go to?

You don't have to stay for meetings, but you still have to go and get weighed and it's still $17.90 per week. No set amount of meetings you have to stay at, but isn't that the point of joining up? They say that people lose more if they stay at the meetings. Provided you get on with people in your group, the meetings are really motivational and others share tips that you might not get just through reading the weekly material.

Hey, I have been on it for 5 weeks and have lost so far 6.4kgs, it's great and really easy to do compaired with alot of other diets.

I have done Sureslim, although that was really expensive and harder than weight watchers!

In your photos you don't look like you need to loose anything! You could easily loose a few kg if you were just smarter about what you ate if you eat a lot of crap without needing to fork out for WW
