Has anyone heard of (or is using) a good multi-vitamin with all the good things in it to increase men's fertility?

I'm taking the elevit tablets but wondered if my DP should be taking anything. He doesn't eat too well and drinks a bit so anything to help his little swimmers would be good!

I don't know of any, but have seen some posts in this thread about it...so perhaps have a quick search.
I must say though, that if you are ttc, then perhaps have a chat to him about trying to eat better and cut down on his drinking.
I'm sure there are ladies here that can recommend some vitamins though :)

My DH is on a good Mens multi with zinc and selenium, the zinc evidently assists the swimmers

Blackmores make a good men's multi-vit, which you should be able to get from the supermarket.
If there are problems with his swimmers there are a number of other things he could/should take, but you can end up spending a fortune, so if it's just as a 'boost' that's as good as any.

I just went to the doctor today and she said there's a men's equivalent to elevit - sounds similar.... I'll try and google it and see if I can find it. She recommended he take that. I also heard vitamin C is great for guys to take.

It is, my partner is taking it. We purchased it through IVF Auckland.
