I got DH a Colgate electric toothbrush and it stopped working after a month of use. Grrr!
But YAY to their customer service, I rang them today about it and they're sending us a replacement right away, no questions (other than colour and product code) and a big apology for the inconvenience to us! ------------- Mel, Mummy to E: 6, B: 4 and:
