Okay so the drama now is...that the buyer from last week came back and asked us to re enter talks with her...so we named a figure...which means in essense we have dropped our price $15 grand from our asking price and she has only come up $5 grand...
anyway this was on monday and we still havent heard anything....why oh why would you ask to re enter into talks about selling/buying and then take over 48 hours to come back with a counter off...or just say no
its so frustrating essentially this has taken 2 wks so far..and we are just going around in circles...arrrgghhh..we just want this house sold, but not at any cost...our lives are on hold and we just want wot move on

I just think this may reflect the market at the moment. How firm is yur bottom line, make that clear andlet your agent know you are sticking to that. Otherwise hang in there, are there other potential buyers out there, other avenues to explore instead of this one buyer. It will sell either not as quickly as you would like or not for the price you hoped for unfortunately.
Sorry no advice tho, we could go round to the buyers address and make her miserable so she wants to move out at any cost if it helps

I would also tell your agent your bottom figure and that you won't budge.

agent knows our bottom line and knows we cant afford to go under it...if this buyer doesnt pan out..we are dropping our advertising price by $10G next week...(dropping it to just above what we are asking from her)
