It used to be between 10-11am for years. Since I changed pills its now at about 9.30-10pm - I usually notice it just as I'm getting ready for bed.

When I was on the pill, it was always there when I woke up in the morning (not on my undies funnily enough, just there waiting when I went to the loo lol, TMI)

For ages it came on during the night so I'd wake up with it but for the last three or so cycles it's about mid afternoon that I notice cramps starting and a bit of spotting, so by late evening AF is pretty much here in all it's glory.  ------------- http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">

Mine is usually late morning early afternoon. And always when I go to the toilet. I know its on its ugly way when I get the cramps before hand though!   ------------- Our Angel July 08  Gone but not forgotten

When I was on the pill Sunday afternoon between 3 & 5pm.. you could set your watch to it (it was great) when I went off the pill it was there when I woke up. Usually got woken up by the cramps. -------------

Before getting pg, I always got AF when I woke up in the morning. Cramping always started the night before.
