Has anyone taken their children to one before??

Yesterday when we were at the dr's my dr suggested that taking Andrew to one might help a bit with his behavioural issues. He is a good boy most of the time but when he turns he turns really bad. I get swearing, hitting etc and it is mostly aimed at me but every now and then it can be aimed at Josh.

My dr did say that some of it does stem from the fact that his father is away from him and at this age he needs a strong male figure in his life - hence why we are moving up to Waiouru to spend time with him.

But should I bother taking him to one seeing as we are moving soon???

I'd prob say wait till you move, altho things might get worse with the disruption of the move it would be better for him to get to know one therapist rather than have one and then move and have to get used to another one.
JMTCW tho...
