I watched the first episode with the guy doing Freddie Mercury and it was enough to put me off ever watching again. Why the heck did they put those fake teeth on him, they gave him such a bad lisp that he couldn't pronounce half the words of the song! ------------- Mel, Mummy to E: 6, B: 4 and:

Hated Shakira, though Debbie was ok, and at least Elvis was entertaining. But OMG, it is like they don't get the pint here - it is about sounding like the person, not just singing their song.
And simon is pretty lame as the host, alhtough i haven't minded him in the past. -------------

I think Shakira was OK. She wasn't as good as the actual Shakira though.
That same lady was on The Singing Bee. NZ's Hot Talent? I agree with Neeks, WHERE? I know so many talented people, but none of them will lower and debase themselves enough. -------------
