We've got my BIL coming over for dinner tonight, and he is a strict vegan.
HELP! I've no really original ideas of what to make. MIL always makes him a green curry, which I would imagine he is well sick of now, so I want to do something a bit special for him.
He can't have anything with dairy, eggs, meat, fish, chicken.
I was thinking maybe felafel wraps, but is there dairy or eggs in tortillas????
Any advice gladly accepted!

if you make your own tortillas its only oil, flour and water the only downside to making your own is rolling them out but thats what DH is for

I'm vege, but heres a couple of ideas I can think of..
What about a risotto? Just cook the meat seperate and everyone else can add meat in to theirs.
Or a pasta bake. Same thing with the meat
Mexican is good too. Not sure if there are eggs in tacos but that's what we do when we have company. Suits everyone as everyone can choose what they want to have in theirs and then we have some oven baked fries to go with it. Yummy.

I used to make a yummy vegetable with chick pea stew type thing, just threw in all sorts of veges, some chickpeas (which you could get tinned) with some curry/spices etc. YUM! And served on Couscous.

Yeah, I was thinking of something along those lines, which we can add sour cream to, and BIL can have plain.
Thanks!

Make something with meat in it and just don't tell him.
