So i told my husband i wanted belgian chocolates or whitakers macadamia block...

My DH doesn't do mothers day at all. I was gutted last year as it was my first one and I'm used to baking and making things for my Mum.
But I still get ya...i.e. the 1980 frugal chef book instead of the destitute gourmet!!! At least their hearts are in the right place I guess. ------------- Mummy to Gabrielle and Ashley |

I'm not getting anything for Mothers Day this year. I could hope for a certain 4 year old to behave but that would be a miricle. My MIL is cooking us dinner thou - so that is a bonus I don't have to cook!!!! Me and my little sister will ring our mum tomorrow morning when my sister staggers back to my place from her friends. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

My mum actually bought me a present from the kids and then my dad helped Jack make me a card. Ben probably won't even remember its mothers day tomorrow. |
