I have heard some great tips about cheese lately.
one was to buy more expensive imported cheese - almost works out the same price as local stuff (i think i may have got that from on here even). the other tip was to buy the slightly more expensive tasty cheese, because it is a stronger taste you will need to use less of it. ------------- http://www.myfitnesspal.com/weight-loss-ticker">

My husband has been using a potato peeler to cut thinner slices of cheese!
I thought it was a bit silly but it makes the cheese last WAY longer and still gives the taste in sandwiches etc. |
