How long did it take for those of you that have paid via credit card? I posted mine in last Tuesday and it still hasn't shown on my credit card so don't know whether it has been received or if I should send another form in.

I don't believe they deduct it until just before they are ready to send it. I think the promo said to allow 3 weeks for delivery. The last promo was the same in terms of not deducting the money until after a couple of weeks too if I recall correctly?
